When a family at the front desk shared that financial hardships were making it difficult to keep up with swim lessons, Ms. Rosaly knew she couldn't let their progress stop there. Understanding that swimming is an essential life skill, she didn't just offer sympathy—she took action.

Ms. Rosaly quietly organized a collection, rallying support to ensure the family's place in the pool was secure. Thanks to her initiative and the collective generosity she sparked, the family was gifted a full month of swim lessons.

The family was absolutely overjoyed, moved by the unexpected support from their Ocaquatics community. Because of Ms. Rosaly’s big heart, a child stayed in the water, a family felt seen and supported, and the spirit of our "Service Heart" was put into beautiful motion.

Every week we feature one Impact Story. If your Impact Story involves an Ocaquatics Co-Owner, you can nominate them for the 2026 Co-Owner Impact Award.
