Check out this email I received:

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you and let you know how truly appreciative I am of your staff at the Eureka location ( Ms. Kattie, Mrs. Denise, Ms Yessy, Ms. Kaylin and Ms. Alexa, I know I'm leaving some names out sorry I just can't think of everyone)

Your team has gone above and beyond to help make my life easier, especially when it comes to scheduling classes for my boys, who are in different classes on different days. Their patience, flexibility, and willingness to work with our situation has meant more to me than I can fully express.

In addition to working the midnight shift, I am also a caregiver to my father, who has dementia. Because of his confusion, it can be very difficult to have him out late in the evenings. Your staff’s understanding and support have made a challenging season of life much more manageable for our family, and I am deeply grateful.

I also wanted to remind you that we met before the pandemic at The Falls, when you first told me about your swim school. From that conversation on, our family became proud members, and we have been with the swim school ever since. Choosing to enroll our children was one of the best decisions we’ve made.

I absolutely love seeing the growth in my kids—not only in their swimming skills, but also in their confidence and water safety awareness. It truly shows the quality of instruction and care your school provides.

Thank you again for building such an incredible program and for leading a team that genuinely cares about families. Please know that your efforts do not go unnoticed.

Thank you
